But how can we understand different working styles and manage conflict effectively? In this interactive webinar, you will explore the key elements of an effective team and explore the way of dealing with conflict through understanding perspective with some case studies.

Speaker's bio

Noor is a performance-driven Executive coach and Talent Development Professional specializing in career, transitions, and team coaching. She received her coach training from Neuroleadership Institute US, Coach Masters Academy Singapore and Transcend International Hong Kong. Currently based in Hong Kong, she is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member and ICF-credentialed professional certified coach (PCC). Noor lives by her core values of “curiosity, balance, honesty, optimism and excellence". Currently, she coaches trains and provides on-site support for partners from the US, UK, Germany, France, and Hong Kong. With the motto of “Live Life Now”, she follows a brain-based approach towards enabling positive change and improving people’s lives.
